The system includes options for finding documents if you do not know the document key or only know part of the key.
Features
Search Criteria
You can use known data for the document find function that are either directly related to the document info record or come from the environment of the document. This data is known as search criteria.
The following data will lead to a quick result of a document find:
- Data from the document info record
- Characteristic values from the class that was used to classify the document
- Key data of an object that is linked to the document
- Text elements from short or Long texts
- Key data of a document from the document hierarchy
- Signature data
