Reduction in Operation 
The following reduction measures can be carried out with respect to the operation:
- Reduction of the queue time: For each reduction level, you can specify the percentage by which the queue time is to be reduced. However, you cannot reduce to a value smaller than the minimum queue time.
- Reduction of the execution time by splittingDividing an operation between several people or machines results in a reduction of the execution time.
- Reduction of the lead time by overlapping
You can reduce the overall lead time of an order by overlapping operation processing. - Reduction of the move time
You can reduce the standard move time as far as the minimum move time.
The minimum wait time cannot be reduced.
