Displaying a Long Text 

Prerequisites

When a long text exists the system sets the indicator Long texts exist on the tab page Texts.

Procedure

You can display long texts as follows:

  • The long text in the logon language can be displayed on the tab page Document data with (Long text). The text editor appears and you can use all active functions.
  • Long texts in other languages can be displayed on the tab page Texts. You can display long texts as follows:
    • Double-click on the short text to make the long text appear.
    • Choose the language and (Long text).
