Calling Up the Selection Screen 
Prerequisites
On the selection screens you can select the desired data during the capacity evaluation.
Procedure
Calling up the initial selection screen
You reach this selection screen automatically:
- When calling up the capacity evaluation
- When you want to start a new evaluation with the same overall profile in the capacity evaluation by choosing Planning → Other planning.
- When you want to make a new selection or choose a new overall profile and start a new evaluation in the capacity evaluation with Planning → Profiles.
- If you want to leave the Selection list with Back or Cancel.
When you call up the screen Selection the current values of the selection criteria are deleted.
Calling up other selection screens (for example, selection by work center)
Choose the desired selection screen by choosing Planning → Selection.
To call up a selection screen that is not included in the menu, choose Planning → Selection → Kombination and enter a combination.
The selection screen for the selection by work center gives you the option of Detailed selection and hierarchy selection.
