Maintenance of Available Capacity Versions

Use

You use this function to edit available capacity versions or alternatively the elements the y comprise of, intervals of available capacity and shifts.

Prerequisites

You have assigned the capacities, whose available capacity versions are to be maintained to the work center already. You have also entered the general data for these capacities.

Features

The Intervals and shifts screen contains

General data on the work center, capacity and available capacity version
A Default line that simplifies maintenance of shifts

If you cannot change an available capacity (perhaps it is referenced) the system hides the default line.

A table that lists the intervals and shifts.

Activities

To reach the Intervals and shifts screen:

In the work center area menu choose Goto → Capacity → Overview.

The Capacity Overview screen appears.

Place the cursor in one of the fields of the capacity, whose available capacity versions you want to maintain and choose Goto → Capacity → Header.

The header screen appears

Choose Goto → Intervals and shifts.
