Copying or Referencing Capacities 

  1. In the header screen choose Extras → reference available capacity

The Reference available capacity dialog box appears.

  1. If you are creating an available capacity in a work center and want to refer to a another capacity in the work center, just enter the capacity category.
  2. If you are creating a capacity in capacity maintenance or want to refer to a capacity outside the work center, enter the name of the capacity and the capacity category.
