Standard Profiles for Reporting Lists 
Each BOM reporting function has its own profile (standard profile). When you call a reporting function in the standard R/3 System, this standard profile is the default for all users.
If you define a new list profile, you can set up the system so that the new profile is copied as the default for certain users. See Entering User Defaults for a List Profile
